- In case of disputes, cancellations, or refunds, the terms of the individual service provider will apply.
3. Cancellations and Refunds- Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider and the type of booking.
- You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the specific cancellation and refund policies before confirming your booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the provider's terms and timeline.
4. User Content- You may post reviews, comments, and other content as long as it is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.
- By posting content, you grant Happy Ceylon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content.
